Event Coverage FAQ
If your question cannot be found on this page, please reach out to allow me to assist you!

What types of events do you cover?
I'm up for anything!
Most commonly, I photograph:
Communions, Baptisms, Sweet Sixteens, School Productions, Vow Renewals, Small Weddings, Graduations, Birthday parties, Galas, Fundraisers, School Ceremonies, and Sports.
How do I determine which package to choose?
Packages are based on the amount of location and amount of hours of coverage needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any event cancelled with less than 48 hours notice forfeits your deposit.
In the case of sickness, rescheduling or other elements out of your control, your deposit will be moved to your new event date.
How many photos will I receive?
I am a big believer in the fact that the photos I take are as much yours as they are mine. Because of that, you will receive ALL of the photos that I take edited in Lightroom (aside from the obvious camera misfires and odd shots) Based on your package (and the amount of hours of coverage) more or less photos may be delivered. Any photoshop requests are $15 per image.
When should I book?
Depending on the time of year, I typically require bookings two months in advance.
If you are looking to book an event during the holiday season, I suggest reaching out 4-5 months in advance.
What time will you arrive/depart?
This will be written in your final contract. However, I typically arrive at least 15 minutes early to every session.
How will I receive my photos
All photos are delivered through an online gallery that is password protected. You are able to then download these photos and use them as you wish.
How does payment work?
There will be a 30% deposit required when booking to secure your date. The remaining payment is due the day of your session, as photos will not be delivered until it is received. Please see my cancellation policy for further information.
Payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.
Do I need a shot list?
Up to you! If you do not provide a shot list, I will photograph whatever I consider to be your highlights and needed photos. However, providing a shot list can be a good guide to be sure you are getting what you may forget the day of your event.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have small business insurance. If your venue requires documentation, please let me know several weeks in advance.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Smaller events can expect their gallery in about 2 weeks time. Large events may take longer.
