Once we set a date and time we will chat on the phone or through email to go over all that is to be expected at your shoot.

Session
The big day! Depending on the type of session, there will be different expectations. Regardless, we’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it.

Delivering photos
For smaller sessions, in two weeks or less, you will receive your edited pictures in an online album. Where you get full printing rights to every picture taken!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all sessions require a 30% deposit to hold your date and time.
Some sessions require a larger deposit to accommodate the purchasing of customized props and backdrops.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies differ based on the session that is booked. Please check your session type for the different policies.
How many pictures will I receive?
I am a big believer in the fact that the photos I take are as much yours as they are mine. Because of that, you will receive ALL of the photos that I take edited in Lightroom (aside from the obvious camera misfires and odd shots) With each session comes a specific number of photos that you are allowed to have photoshopped upon request to take away any unwanted flyaways or perfect in other ways that you feel necessary. Truly this is not common, as 99% of my clients enjoy their albums as is, free from photoshop needs!
When is full payment due?
Typically, your full payment remainder is due the day of your session. However, mini-sessions (such as holidays) require you to pay at least 2 days before. Last minute no-shows and cancellations have made this necessary to ensure that someone else can be booked in your place in the case of a cancellation. In any situation, photos will not be delivered until a full payment is made.
What should I wear?

General rule of thumb is to stay away from crazy patterns, beige is always better than pure white, and dress in what makes YOU most comfortable and confident.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes! This past Christmas I allowed for pups to join families during their sessions. However, this is only offered at the end of the season so that clients with allergies do not have to worry.
Outdoors, pets are always welcome. However, it is necessary to bring an additional person to watch them in between photos.
