Holiday Booking FAQ

What should I bring?

Everything you need will be in the studio! For younger children it may be helpful to bring a favorite toy or snack to help them look at the camera.

How long is the session?

This is completely based on your session type. Please check your invoice/contract for your approximate time frame. Timeliness is very important as clients are booked back to back during the holiday season.

What do we wear?

This is certainly based on the backdrop you chose! You can check out my amazon list for some outfit suggestions here https://www.amazon.com/shop/annaleephotographyny/list/3CGPBX3BHZBS6?ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ons_mixed_d

What is your cancellation policy?

Any session that is cancelled without rebooking a new date forfeits the initial deposit.

In the case of sickness or other elements out of your control, there will be no rebooking fee as long as there is 48 hour notice and you are rescheduling.

How many photos will I receive?

You will receive 25+ photos. There is no proof selections, your gallery will show you the best of everything taken.

What time should I arrive for my scheduled session?

Please arrive on time! During the holidays you will be scheduled back-to-back to other clients. A late arrival takes away time from your scheduled slot.

How will I receive my photos? Do you print cards?

All photos are delivered through an online gallery that is password protected. You are able to then download or print these photos and use them as you wish.

This year, there will be an option to make and print cards and regular prints right from your gallery. As a heads up, the cost IS more than a traditional shutterfly, snapfish, etc. card. This is completely out of my control as I am not printing personally. The print comes from my Webhost "Pixieset". If you are looking for a high quality print, the results are unmatched!

How does payment work?

There will be a retainer required when booking to secure your date, time, and purchase needed supplies for your session. The remaining payment is due the day of your session, as photos will not be delivered until it is received. Please see my cancellation policy for further information.

Payment can be made with cash, check or Venmo.

Where are sessions located?

All session occur in my home studio in New Dorp. Since I operate out of my home, I do not like to put my address on the internet. Please find the address on your contract.

Please use the side entrance through the white gate and text when you arrive.
